The Aruba International Film Festival (AIFF) operates with only a few full-time employees and not many more during the Festival. The rest of our help comes from volunteers. We consider our volunteers to be essential extensions of our staff.

Have you considered volunteering for AIFF?
The best part of volunteering with the festival is that you can participate in an exciting, vibrant and rich cultural event that displays the best emerging films and filmmakers in the world, while at the same time letting everyone know that Aruba is an exciting cultural destination. We will be hosting many guests from all over the world—and it is our job to make sure the festivalgoers are greeted with hospitality, kept informed, and are always enjoying themselves. Volunteering will also give you access to screenings of the films at the Festival, as well as to many of the workshops and master classes.
